As Warehouse Manager in Atlanta, Georgia, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and supplies. This role manages inventory, optimizes workflow and logistics.

Job content
  • Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, order control, and logistics
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to ensure productivity and accuracy.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting inspections.
  • Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule and address any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Manage warehouse and inventory budget, cost control, and resource utilization optimization.
  • Track and analyze Warehouse Team key performance indicators (KPI) such as order and inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, and shipping times.
  • Develop Team schedules to ensure proper coverage during project implementation and execution.
  • Train and evaluate Warehouse Team.
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager and Project Manager to develop inventory need schedules and logistics.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels and product movement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, transport companies, Project Managers, and clients to ensure timely delivery.
  • Research and secure optimal pricing and reliable transportation options.
What makes you the right candidate?
  • Related education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in inventory or logistics as related to the Event and Exhibition industry
  • Proven experience in managing a warehouse team
  • Highly organized and efficient with inventory life-cycle management
  • Strong familiarity with warehouse management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience assisting multi-function project teams with an emphasis on communication and execution
  • Efficient problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment that changes rapidly and requires immediate action
