MTD Arabia is looking for an Account Manager that shall be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with a direct report line to the Regional Director GCC. This vacancy offers the new candidate an exciting and challenging opportunity in an organization with aggressive growth ambitions.  

The role comes with a unique opportunity that will expose the new team-member to a very wide customers’ range and diversified market segments. The team-member will be accountable for all sales activities related to MTD’s Pure water and Flex Water portfolios respectively. This role shall cover, but it is not limited to, developing business plans, leads generation, preparation Techno-Commercial offers, first level of customer contracts review and advising the Regional Director GCC about the Company’s Sales strategy.  

What makes you the right candidate?
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in an engineering or commercial study, with min 8 years of relevant working experience related to MTD’s industry;
  • Flexible and willing to travel frequently;
  • At least 8 years of experience in similar position;
  • Existing network of key contacts in our industry domain with the ability to convert these relationships into new business opportunities;
  • Strong work ethic, pro-active and “can do” attitude;
  • Proficient commercial acumen and high competition awareness;
  • Proficient in negotiation skills;
  • Able to communicate with authority and with conviction;
  • Remains focused on company set objectives, despite challenges, drawbacks, resistance, or any form of distraction;
  • Determine goals and priorities effectively;
  • Maintain a culture of constructive and effective communication within the team;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic;
  • High priority to client satisfaction without jeopardizing company’s profitability.
